RoRo Eustache, President-Founder

RoRo and Eline founded Haitian Christian Outreach in 1985. He is a gifted evangelist and provides leadership to all areas of the ministry. Ro has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Ozark Christian College and an M.A. in Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He and his wife, Eline, are the parents of three children, Karl, Kimberly, and Kendra.

 

 


Eline Eustache, Co-Founder
eline_web_11-2016-02Eline has faithfully served with RoRo in ministry for the last 32 years since they were students together at Ozark Christian College. She spent many years as a preschool teacher. Eline works with our schools, assists with teams, and manages our Haiti staff. She also helps organize projects, mentors interns, prepares campus for teams, encourages our Haitian staff, and generally helps everything run smoothly.  When she is not in Haiti, Eline travels with RoRo and spends time with their children and grandchildren.

 


Cameron Mayhill, US Director

Cameron is US Director for HCO and has served with us since 2011. Since 2001, he has partnered with missionaries around the world, coordinating international medical projects, directing successful development efforts, and providing leadership for staff and teams. He is an ordained minister and Trainer of Trainers for CHE.  Cameron has B.A. in Child Development and Family Studies from Purdue University. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters and live in Kokomo, IN.

 


Jennifer Mayhill, Engagement Director
Jennifer began as a consultant for HCO in 2007 and became our part-time Communications Director in 2015. As Engagement Director, she oversees prayer, communications, and short-term teams. She has served on two church staffs and owned a consulting business for several years. Jennifer has a B.A. in Speech, Communication, and Theater Education from Purdue University. She is married to Cameron and homeschools their two daughters in Kokomo, IN.


Becky Liscombe, Development Assistant

Becky began at HCO in 2016 as our part-time Administrative Assistant. She processes donations, handles general office operations, and manages our development management system. Becky is a graduate of Nebraska Christian College and was previously the office manager at Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Through the years she has served as children’s minister in a local church and has served as an administrative assistant in the area. She and her husband, Todd, homeschool their two children in Russiaville, IN.

 


Kieron Mitchell, Financial Manager
kieron_web_11-2016-10Kieron became our Financial Manager in 2016. After completing his MBA at Indiana University, he spent 13 years in corporate finance, systems, and human resources in roles from analyst to CFO. In 2003, he turned his focus to the non-profit sector. Since 2011, Kieron has managed a consulting firm, providing financial and operations management to churches and non-profit organizations. With 17 years of relevant experience, he personally provides HCO’s contracted CFO services while bookkeeping is provided by his highly competent support staff. He and his wife, Courtney, have two daughters and live in Indianapolis, IN


Marcus Corn, Peredo Campus Manager
Marcus and his family moved to Peredo, Haiti, in January 2018, so that he can serve in the role of Peredo Campus Manager. Marcus has served in Zimbabwe, as an EMT with Dukes Memorial Hospital, and at The Ark Christian Ministries (formerly Rainbow Christian Camp) as Maintenance Manager. Marcus and his wife Arin lived in Converse, IN, with their two sons prior to serving full-time in Haiti.

 


Megan Schreiber, Volunteer Health Care Coordinator 
In 2018, Megan volunteers as our Health Care Coordinator, assisting with medical teams, equipment procurement, and health care partners. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicating in Healthcare Administration, Megan has been active in her field for the past 17 years and is currently the Administrator of Northpointe Surgical Suites in Zanesville, Ohio. She has served with many medical missions to various parts of Haiti since 2009. Megan and her husband, Mike, are the parents of two lovely girls.
