Triple Trek 2.0 POSTPONED

Triple Trek 2.0 // POSTPONED

With the interest of everyone’s health, not only in the U.S. but also in Haiti we have made the tough decision to postpone the triple trek. Notice this is not a cancellation of the hike, but putting it on hold until we see how things unfold in the coming days, weeks and months.

The Triple Trek 2.0 Fundraising Hike is a unique adventure and fundraising mission trip! Trekkers will hike 50 miles through the beautiful mountains and villages of Haiti.

Hikers will start in Petionville and traverse the hills and mountains to Tet Kajak. Along the way, they will get to take in some of the most beautiful views God has created. From there, hikers will continue along the route through the national park, Parc La Vista, and to Seguin. The final leg takes hikers down the mountain to finish at our Peredo campus with a final climb to the spot of the future guest house!

Each hiker has a goal to raise at least $5,000. Funds will go toward construction of the HCO guest house in Peredo which includes 3 phases.

Phase 1: Sitework including excavating the land in preparation for construction.
Phase 2: Construction of the building including 2 Team Dormitory wings, kitchen, living, and meeting spaces, and 2 family apartments.
Phase 3: Furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.

The vision for the Peredo Campus has always been to facilitate groups for summer camp, medical and education conferences, and training, evangelical meetings, seminars, revivals, and much more. With the construction of a new guesthouse on top of the hill behind the Peredo Campus, we will be able to better serve the community through these kinds of events.
