PRAY FOR HAITI -May 2021

“Praise the LORD, my soul. LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty” (Psalm 104:1)

Praise God for his faithfulness, direction, and protection over RoRo and Eline and the ministry of Haitian Christian Outreach over the past 36 years in Haiti.

Praise God for Genesis Hospital (OH) and their gift of bedside baby cribs to Peredo Community Hospital. PCH is blessed to have an average of 36 babies born each month.

Praise God for our summer interns Rebecca, Blaine, and Nazara and their passion to serve in Haiti. We praise God for their dedication as they prepare to serve with HCO this summer.

Praise God for services like Haiti Air Ambulance who are able to safely and quickly transport patients from our campus in Peredo to hospitals throughout Haiti. It is a blessing to have access to resources that saves lives.

“In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.” (Romans 8:26-27)

Pray the Emmanuel Christian Church pastors and leaders would be filled with the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Gospel boldly in their communities so that more people will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Pray more and more people throughout Haiti would hear about the resources at Peredo Community Hospital so those who need medical care can find peace and healing.

Pray for wisdom and strength for the community of teachers at our six Emmanuel Christian Schools as they train the next generation of leaders. May they find the energy each day to press on!

Pray the ministry of Haitian Christian Outreach would be a light throughout the communities we serve and point people to Christ through compassion and love.

And pray with us for our Emmanuel Christian School students this month:
