PRAY FOR HAITI – November 2017

Pray With Us – November 2017

All honor and praise be to You, our God, ‘the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light. (1 Tim. 6:15)

Praise God for the successful revival and church launch in Belle Anse, Haiti. Emmanuel Christian Church of Belle Anse held their first services on October 22, 2017 with over 75 people attending!

Praise God for the changes in leadership at Emmanuel Christian Church of Port-au-Prince. God has moved in a mighty way to change the leadership at this church and to begin the process of relaunching it.

Praise God for a good planning trip for board members and partners. A few board members and partners spent several days in Haiti during October to catch the vision of the mission and plan for the future.

Praise God for additional team members in Haiti. God has brought several new, key members to our team in Haiti, and we are grateful!

Praise God for our school teachers and all of our students at Emmanuel Christian Schools. We thank God for their diligence and hard work.

Praise God for a good trip to Haiti for Marcus and Arin as they continue the process of preparing to serve with us in Peredo.

Praise God for 4 years of delivering babies at Peredo Community Hospital. We are grateful for the staff and facilities God has provided that allow PCH to help mamas welcome their babies into the world in a safe, sterile environment.

Praise God for the successful delivery of relief supplies to Anse a Boeuf through our October team. We are thankful HCO could make further connections in this area that needs so much hope.

Lord, may we live a life worthy of the calling we have received, being completely humble and gentle, being patient, and bearing with one another in love. (Eph. 4:1-2)

Pray for our pastor, Evan Cenoza, as he leads Emmanuel Christian Church in Belle Anse. Pray for all of the new believers and attenders at the church. May God move among them to transform them into His image.

Pray for RoRo, Eline, Cameron and Jennifer as they have a full month of mission travel and visits with supporting churches. RoRo and Eline are back in the US and will attend the TECH conference, Global Missions Health Conference, and ICOM with Cameron and Jennifer this month. Pray that God will open doors for new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships so that He receives glory.

Pray for the transition at ECC of Port-au-Prince. Over the next several weeks and month, please pray for the church in Delmas as they transition to a new phase of ministry.

Pray for the community of Anse a Boeuf and the mission as we determine how to best help them with their need for clean water and other ongoing issues.

Continue to pray for customs to release the dump truck. We have paid for the truck, completed all required paperwork, and done all due diligence that we can on our end. Many meetings have been taking place to ensure its release. We are specifically asking that those meeting will find favor with the officials, that the officials would find NO reason to delay the release, and that they will release the truck immediately.

Pray as our office transitions to new donation management software. God has given us a great opportunity to move to a much-improved tool that will make us more efficient and effective! So far, things have gone smoothly (praise!). It will require all recurring donations be renewed. Please join us in asking God that our donors will make time to update their recurring donations in a timely manner so that we don’t lose any ministry ground due to lapsed donations.

Pray for our Board of Directors. We have a board meeting on November 4 in Indianapolis.

Pray for final funding needed to finish the Peredo school classrooms and Phase II of Peredo Community Hospital.

Pray for Marcus and Arin as they raise the remaining funds needed to move to Haiti as Peredo Campus Manager.

And pray with us for Every Child this month:
