Our Mission

Haitian Christian Outreach was founded in 1985 by our Founders, RoRo and Eline Eustache. They planted the first Emmanuel Christian Church in Downtown Port-au-Prince—a step of faith that would change not only their lives but the lives of hundreds in the years to come.

Ultimately, RoRo and Eline’s hearts were to Do Something In Haiti That Will Last—not just for one generation, but for the generations to come. It wasn’t about building wealth or status, but about creating a lasting legacy of faith and transformation for Christ’s Kingdom. As their work in Haiti progressed, it became clear that their mission aligned with the core belief of their organization: Do Something In Haiti That Will Last. This vision would not only change lives in the present but would continue to impact the future for decades. Through their trust in God’s provision and their dedication to His work, they had begun to lay the foundation for something eternal.

Since 1985, they have planted eight Emmanuel Christian Churches, opened six Emmanuel Christian Schools that educate 1,600+ students each year, built the Peredo Community Hospital – a multi-specialty hospital, and focused on multiple community development projects.

Our mission statement is to do something in Haiti that will last! Our goal is to evangelize, equip, empower, and encourage our communities using a biblical model of ministry. HCO is building generations of new believers through work in four primary areas. We call these our four pillars of the ministry: church planting, education, health care, and community development.

HCO was incorporated in 1996 as a 501(c)(3). We are based in the United States with our home office in Kokomo, Indiana. Our field work takes place in Southern Haiti.
