RoRo Eustache, President-Founder
RoRo and Eline founded Haitian Christian Outreach in 1985. He is a gifted evangelist and provides leadership to all areas of the ministry. Ro has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Ozark Christian College and an M.A. in Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He and his wife, Eline, are the parents of three children, Karl, Kimberly, and Kendra.



Eline Eustache, Co-Founder
eline_web_11-2016-02Eline has faithfully served with RoRo in ministry for the last 32 years since they were students together at Ozark Christian College. She spent many years as a preschool teacher. Eline works with our schools, assists with teams, and manages our Haiti staff. She also helps organize projects, mentors interns, prepares campus for teams, encourages our Haitian staff, and generally helps everything run smoothly.  When she is not in Haiti, Eline travels with RoRo and spends time with their children and grandchildren.


Megan Schreiber, US Director 
Megan was named US Director in July 2019, overseeing all US operations and staff. She leads several teams to Haiti each year and guides medical teams, equipment procurement, and health care partnerships. Since 2009, she has served with many medical missions to various parts of Haiti. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicating in Healthcare Administration, Megan has been active in her field for the past 17 years and was previously the Administrator of Northpointe Surgical Suites in Zanesville, Ohio. Megan and her husband, Mike, are the parents of two lovely girls.


JoJo Jord, Associate Director of Operations in Haiti
JoJo offers administrative support to RoRo and Eline in Haiti through evangelical efforts, leadership training, and spiritual education to the community. He also works closely with the Stateside team assisting in coordinating short-term teams, assisting in the development of Mission Operations, and in Communications to help tell the story of what God is doing in Haiti. JoJo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Science Administration and Outpatient Care from Grand Canyon University. He has also completed studies in medical assisting; possesses personal training certifications, stretch therapy certification, has a current license as a chiropractor assistant, and is a certified medical and court interpreter. JoJo, who was born and raised in Haiti, speaks Haitian Creole, French,                                                     and English. JoJo and his wife Grace have one son.


Abby Glasser, Development Assistant
Abby joined the team in 2019 to better connect partners and donors to the ministry God is doing through HCO. She also oversees all of our print and electronic communications. Abby has worked in marketing, development, and event planning for nonprofit ministries for the past 10 years. Her love for international missions began with a trip to Haiti in 1998 and grew through other trips to Haiti, Ghana, Mexico, and Poland. Abby received a Bachelors Degree in Urban and International Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University. Abby and her husband Patrick, who is a pastor in Nashville, Indiana, have two sons.


Larissa Blevins, Team & Sponsorship Coordinator
Larissa has a heart for our schools and children and understands the special nature of a sponsorship relationship. She manages and collects student profiles, visits churches for Child Sponsorship Days, and works with our team in Haiti to introduce sponsors to their student while on a short-term trip. She also leads teams through all of their trip preparation. Larissa is a Johnson University graduate with degrees in Elementary Education and Bible & Theology. She will finish her master’s in Holistic Education in May 2020.


Becky Liscombe, Administrative Assistant
Becky began at HCO in 2016 as our part-time Administrative Assistant. She processes donations, handles general office operations and internal finances, and manages our development management system. She also assists with team payments and applications. Becky is a graduate of Nebraska Christian College and was previously the office manager at Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Through the years she has served as a children’s minister in a local church and has served as an administrative assistant in the area. She and her husband, Todd, homeschool their two children in Russiaville, IN.
