RoRo Eustache, President-Founder

RoRo and Eline founded Haitian Christian Outreach in 1985. He is a gifted evangelist and provides leadership to all areas of the ministry. Ro has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Ozark Christian  College and an M.A. in Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He and his wife, Eline, are the parents of three children, Karl, Kimberly, and Kendra.

Eline Eustache, Co-Founder

Eline has faithfully served with RoRo in ministry for the last 40 years since they were students together at Ozark Christian College. She spent many years as a preschool teacher. Eline works with our schools, assists with teams, and manages our Haiti staff. She also helps organize projects, mentors interns, prepares campus for teams, encourages our Haitian staff, and generally helps everything run smoothly.  When she is not in Haiti, Eline travels with RoRo and spends time with their children and grandchildren.

Jorja Aeilts, Director of Development

Jorja joined the team in May of 2022. Her heart for global missions started as a high school student after multiple trips overseas and then as an HCO summer intern in 2019. She fell in love with the work RoRo and Eline are doing in Haiti and felt God calling her to be a part of the ministry. Jorja is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University in Lincoln, Illinois. She and her husband, Garrett, and their son reside in Sarasota, Florida. Learn more about Jorja here

Becky Liscombe, Operations Coordinator

Becky began at HCO in 2016 as our part-time Administrative Assistant. She processes donations, handles general office operations and internal finances, and manages our development management system. She also assists with team payments and applications. Becky is a graduate of Nebraska Christian College and was previously the office manager at Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Through the years she has served as a children’s minister in a local church and has served as an administrative assistant in the area. She and her husband, Todd, homeschool their two children in Russiaville, IN.

 

Amanda D'Souza

Amanda D’Souza, Program Coordinator

Amanda joined the team in January 2025 and is honored to contribute to an organization that aligns with her faith while supporting her cultural roots as a first-generation Haitian American. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida and brings a background in marketing and healthcare to her role. Based in Jacksonville, FL, Amanda lives with her husband, two sons, and their dog. She loves Jesus and is passionate about cooking, baking, social media, and spending quality time with her family.

 

Amanda D'Souza

Philip Fish, Church Relations Coordinator

Philip grew up on the mission field where his parents served in Japan, Okinawa (where he and his sister were born), Singapore, and Indonesia. Jim & Carol Herget, his aunt and uncle served as missionaries in Jamaica and started “Christianville” in Haiti. Philip has always had a heart for overseas missions. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Cincinnati Bible College in 1982 with emphasis on ‘missions’. He has held preaching ministries in Indiana, Florida, and Illinois since 1979 and is currently preaching. Philip is married 34 years to his wife Debi who taught at a Christian School then later worked for the US Postal Service. He has two children; Ashley is a PTA in Indiana & Andrew is a Mechanical Engineer in Iowa. Andrew’s wife homeschools their 3 children.
