
RoRo Eustache, President-Founder
RoRo Eustache is the Founder and President of Haiti Christian Outreach, which he and his wife, Eline, established in 1985 with a vision of sharing the hope of Jesus Christ and creating lasting change in Haiti. For more than four decades, RoRo has faithfully led the ministry’s efforts in church planting, education, healthcare, and community development, all centered around HCO’s mission of “doing something in Haiti that will last!“
A gifted evangelist, leader, and communicator, RoRo provides spiritual and strategic leadership across every area of the ministry. His passion for equipping Haitian leaders and strengthening local communities has helped shape a ministry that continues to impact thousands of lives throughout Haiti.
RoRo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Ozark Christian College and a Master of Arts in Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He and Eline are proud parents of three children—Karl, Kimberly, and Kendra—and continue to serve together in advancing God’s Kingdom in Haiti.

Eline Eustache, Co-Founder
Eline Eustache is the Co-Founder of Haiti Christian Outreach and has faithfully served alongside her husband, RoRo, for more than 40 years. Since founding HCO in 1985, Eline has played an essential role in advancing the ministry’s mission of “doing something in Haiti that will last!“
Known for her servant’s heart and unwavering dedication, Eline provides leadership and support across many areas of the ministry. Her attention to detail, encouragement, and commitment to excellence help ensure that ministry efforts run smoothly.
Before serving full-time in ministry, Eline worked as a preschool teacher, a role that reflects her lifelong passion for nurturing and investing in others. She brings wisdom, compassion, and faithfulness to everything she does.
When she is not serving in Haiti, Eline travels with RoRo, connects with ministry partners, and enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Jorja Aeilts, Director of Development
Jorja serves as Director of Development, helping connect individuals, churches, and businesses with HCO’s mission. Through fundraising, communications, and partner engagement, she supports the ministry’s work of “doing something in Haiti that will last!“
Her journey with HCO began in 2019 as a summer intern while attending Lincoln Christian University. After joining the team full-time in 2022, she has served in several roles across the organization, gaining experience in communications, operations, and development.
Jorja is passionate about supporting the vision of HCO founders RoRo and Eline Eustache and helping build partnerships that create lasting impact in Haiti. She, her husband Garrett, and their son reside in Lincoln, IL.

Becky Liscombe, Operations Coordinator
Becky began at HCO in 2016 as our part-time Administrative Assistant. She processes donations, handles general office operations and internal finances, and manages our development management system. She also assists with team payments and applications. Becky is a graduate of Nebraska Christian College and was previously the office manager at Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Through the years she has served as a children’s minister in a local church and has served as an administrative assistant in the area. She and her husband, Todd, homeschool their two children in Russiaville, IN.

Amanda D’Souza, Program Coordinator
Amanda serves as Program Coordinator, supporting ministry programs and initiatives that advance HCO’s mission of “doing something in Haiti that will last!” Since joining the team in 2025, Amanda has been honored to serve an organization that aligns with both her faith and her heritage as a first-generation Haitian American.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida and brings experience in marketing, communications, and healthcare to her role. Her passion for organization, relationship-building, and ministry helps support the ongoing work of HCO.
Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Amanda lives with her husband, their two sons, and their dog. She loves Jesus and enjoys cooking, baking, creating content, and spending time with family and friends.

Philip Fish, Church Relations Coordinator
Philip serves as Church Relations Coordinator, where he builds and strengthens relationships with churches and partners who support HCO’s mission of “doing something in Haiti that will last!”
Philip’s heart for missions began early in life as the son of missionaries, growing up in Japan, Okinawa, Singapore, and Indonesia. His connection to Haiti was also shaped through his aunt and uncle, Jim and Carol Herget, missionaries who founded Christianville in Haiti—further deepening his lifelong commitment to global ministry.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Missions from Cincinnati Bible College in 1982 and has faithfully served in preaching and pastoral ministry in Indiana, Florida, and Illinois for more than four decades.
Philip and his wife, Debi, have been married for over 35 years and have two children and grandchildren. He continues to serve churches with a passion for missions, encouragement, and connecting people to God’s work in Haiti.
