Church Planting

Baptism in large body of waterTHE FOUNDATION:

Haitian Christian Outreach was founded in 1985 by our Founders, RoRo and Eline Eustache. They planted the first Emmanuel Christian Church in Downtown Port-au-Prince—a step of faith that would change not only their lives but the lives of hundreds in the years to come.

From the beginning, Pastor RoRo’s central focus and the heart of everything we do here at HCO is evangelism. We believe lasting change in Haiti begins with the local church. A healthy, vibrant church is at the heart of every thriving community. Through our church planting ministry, we partner with Haitian pastors to establish and strengthen congregations that share the Gospel, disciple believers, and meet both spiritual and physical needs.

Our mission is simple — to Evangelize, Equip, Empower, and Encourage — and we see that lived out through each new church that takes root and grows across Haiti.

What began with one small congregation in Port-Au-Prince has grown into a movement. Today, HCO partners with eight Emmanuel Christian Churches across southeastern Haiti, each one led by faithful Haitian pastors who are passionate about reaching their neighbors for Christ.

Every church serves as more than a place of worship — it’s a center for hope and community. From these churches, new believers are discipled, children are taught, and families experience the love of God in practical ways.

Together, we can continue to do something in Haiti that will last — supporting churches that transform lives for generations to come.
