Pray for Haiti – May 2023

Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. James 1:12-13

This month we are PRAISING GOD for 38 years of ministry. Celebrate with us May 4-7, 2023 during our Virtual Silent Auction!

Praise God for our Teachers in each classroom at our Emmanuel Christian Schools! They are doing a great job navigating all the challenges this school year has had. Thank you Jesus for giving our students these blessings to equip them for their futures to do something in Haiti that will last!

Praise God for all of our doctors, nurses and staff at Peredo Community Hospital. They continue to proclaim the Gospel to each patient that walks through the doors. They work endlessly to provide the best possible care with the limited resources available. 

Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. James 1:16-18

Pray for RoRo and Eline and the ministry as we are celebrating the faithfulness of the Lord over the past 38 years. Pray as we plan and look forward to the next 38 years and following the Lord’s calling to do something in Haiti that will last!! 

Pray for each of our 1600 students in our schools. Pray that they would continue to stay healthy and safe and out of reach of the gangs. Pray that they would feel the Lord’s presence in their lives and know how much they are loved and chosen by Him. 

Pray for our Emmanuel Christian Church pastors as they are being diligent and faithful to preaching the Word and winning souls for Christ. Pray for them to receive the strength of God each day! Join them in fasting and prayer each Wednesday from 6am to 3pm as they lift up their country of Haiti!
