PRAY FOR HAITI -November 2019

“Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. Praise him with sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with the timbrel and dancing, praise him with strings and pipe, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath Praise the Lord.” (Psalm 150)

Praise God for RoRo and Eline’s safe arrival into the United States and for the many visits they have with donors, churches, and ministry partners over the next month.

Praise God that Peredo Community Hospital has been able to remain open 24/7 throughout the recent protests in Haiti. PCH is seeing an average of 550 patients each month and is currently the only hospital open for care in SE Haiti.

Praise God for ministry partners like Flights for Christ and FAME who helped make it possible to get much needed medical supplies to Peredo Community Hospital despite transportation issues in the country.

Praise God for the 150 surgeries that have been performed at Peredo Community Hospital since the surgical wing opened in April of this year.

Praise God for the more than 450 child sponsors who make education possible for their sponsored child through Emmanuel Christian Schools. Through sponsorship, a child has access to quality education, spiritual training, nutrition, and healthcare.

“Hear my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray. In the morning, Lord you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.” (Psalm 5:2-3)

Pray for RoRo and Eline as they travel throughout the United States this month preaching, teaching and sharing about the work that God is doing in Haiti. Pray for their safety, health, and that they would be greatly encouraged along the way.

Pray for our 25 staff members at Peredo Community Hospital as they work long hours compassionately meeting the needs of patients. Pray they find strength and peace as they work to bring healing and hope to patients and glory to God.

Pray for our 2019 Internship process. Applications have been received, interviews are being held, and decisions will be made by RoRo and Megan this month.

Pray for our students, teachers, and staff as many cannot attend school due to the protests. We pray they are strengthened and encouraged as they wait to return to school.

Pray for the Haitian people, spiritually, politically and economically. Please join us in praying for peace and wise resolutions to the many issues they are facing. May the people find true hope and provision through a relationship with Jesus Christ! And may those in powerful positions lead in such a way that brings lasting positive change to the people and country we all love so much

And pray with us for Every Child this month:
