Training Disciple Makers

On October 1-2, 2015, at the invitation of Pastor Jean Claude Esther, RoRo Eustache, Field Director and Mac Burberry, Executive Director, traveled to Miragoane, Haiti, to train pastors and church leaders in that region in T4T. In the midst of huge rain storm, more than 25 men and women gathered for the two days of intensive training.

As HCO moves to a model of disciples making disciples, we are challenging others to make a shift to this model as well. Attendees at this training came from 20 different congregations and included the leader of a denomination with more than 300 churches in the region. We were excited to see the enthusiasm for this simple, biblical approach to disciple-making. There were wonderful conversations between sessions about how they could apply what they learned. We anticipate a follow up session sometime in the Spring to see how they are doing and to answer questions.
