PRAY FOR HAITI: DECEMBER 2023

Praise Reports:

  • Our food distribution program continues to be a blessing to the communities we serve! Sign up to receive email updates on our website to receive updates on this program.
  • In November, the Stateside team was able to attend the fall TECH Conference (Technical Exchange for Christian Healthcare http://www.techmd.org) and The Global Missions Health Conference (GMHC) in Kentucky. GMHC is the world’s largest gathering of healthcare professionals, students, and organizations dedicated to healthcare missions! We are honored to learn, reconnect, and build new relationships that help advance our work in Haiti through our healthcare ministry at the Peredo Community Hospital! Even more so, we were honored that Dr. Kimberly Eustache was able to be with us this year as a participant of the conference, sharing the experience with her parents, and meeting so many of our longtime partners!

Prayer Requests:

  • Pray for the communities affected by the unnamed storm system that passed through November 17-19th, which dumped rain across the southern part of Haiti and into the DR, causing flash flooding, massive landslides, washing out roads, taking out entire banana plantations, and trapping people in their homes or destroying them completely. In the middle of an already devastating situation in the country and a lack of resources due to the supply chain being cut off by the gangs, our brothers and sisters need our support during this time.
  •  Pray over The Peredo Community Hospital and the physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. Pray that the Lord would continue to work through the hospital to be a beacon of light and hope to the southeast communities.
  • Pray for the country’s stability that the Lord’s Will be done in this country that has been hurting for A PATH TO PEACE AND POSITIVE CHANGE to occur. Pray over our brothers and sisters; may the Lord show them that Light and Glory at the end of the tunnel.
