Pray With Us – May
“David praised the Lord in the presence of the whole assembly, saying, ‘Praise be to you Lord, the God of our father Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.'” (I Chronicles 29:10-13)
Praise God for JoJo and Grace moving into their new home on campus. HCO is blessed to have them serving in Haiti alongside RoRo and Eline, our pastors, teachers, and PCH staff.
Praise God for his provision through ministry partners which allow the work in Haiti to continue. We are grateful to our partners, churches, and Every Child sponsors for their faithfulness.
Praise God for the health and safety of our staff, doctors, nurses, teachers, pastors, and families within HCO. God continues to provide!
Praise God for His faithfulness through 35 years of ministry at Haitian Christian Outreach. What an incredible work God has done through RoRo and Eline’s bold call to ministry in Haiti.
“Yet give attention to your servant’s prayer and his plea for mercy, Lord my God. Hear the cry and the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence this day.” (1 Kings 8:28)
Pray for God’s protection for Haiti as they continue to tackle COVID-19 with limited resources. The government has implemented a curfew and border closures. They have also closed churches, schools, and businesses to try and slow the spread of the virus. Haiti currently has 74 confirmed cases.
Pray for RoRo and Eline, JoJo and Grace, the 30 Peredo Community Hospital staff, the 141 Emmanuel Christian School teachers, the 8 Emmanuel Christian Church pastors, and the US Team’s faith to be strong. As we face daily challenges and uncertainty, we know the Lord is faithful and will provide.
Pray for the Peredo Community Hospital staff to have the supplies, health, and energy needed to continue to compassionately meet the needs of patients. Each day hundreds of patients are coming to the hospital for knowledge, reassurance, guidance, and healing. Pray our dedicated staff is able to help meet these needs.
Pray for our teachers and pastors as they continue to meet the needs of their students and congregations while schools and churches are closed. Pray, they feel encouraged through God’s promises and can be a light in their communities through their bold faith.
And pray with us for Every Child this month:
